While at the beginning Aidou really didn't like Yuuki due to her being extremely close to Kaname and while he did find her blood to be rather tasty to say the least, that was about all he liked about her. This has changed since her change from human to pureblood and since then.

Sure, to begin with Aidou only did things because Kaname told him to and he was at the time extremely loyal to that man, but over the course of that time, over the year and due to unfortunate circumstances that have happened, Aidou has grown to become more loyal to Yuuki than to Kaname and follows her lead and protects her because he wants to not because of what someone else told him to.

Sure he may have his opinions about her that might not show it, such as her ability to study...which is not very much there, but this can show he has some concern for her, he wants her to do her best in his own way because that's the area he's best at.
