She... is kind of worried about him. He's not exactly shy about making it clear that he believes humans are nothing, that he sees violence as not only a valid way towards a goal but a preferable shortcut, and well, a lot of things that don't sit well with the gentle, kind-hearted soldier.
On the other hand, maybe she's just still trying to hold on to faith and hope as a way to connect her to Usagi, but she wants to think Kadaj can come to understand friendship and caring- maybe not like a group of schoolgirls, granted, but still important bonds to people.
