Zoisite really just sees Rei as 'one of the senshi'. This is both good and bad. It means he's willing to accept they have at least some goals in common - preservation of the planet, the hopefully-very-painful demise of Beryl, and so on.
It also means he doesn't have much respect for her. To his mind, the senshi's methods are far too naive. Their trust and faith isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, but when he knows how it ended up in his world... Well, he finds it dangerous that (except for Venus, in his world) they aren't open to considering - and thus planning for - those eventualities.
