Chloe and Lili, and should have mentioned that one too. I thought it was great when she nearly punched him. And it was even cuter when they became friends.

Lol, Rima and Pocky, Hades and Failing, Chloe and flirting. These things may never change!

Ventus/Sae - I kind of ship this myself. OR Demyx/Sae - I thought this was pretty cute too. So much awkward blushing.

Nephrite/Molly is totally going to be museboxed. He was just tough to keep in the game. ^_^ He wouldn't go talk to people.

Chloe/Makoto - They likely will still feel something for each other after the event but how it will end up is in the air. Weiss canon is notoriously difficult on ladies.
