Tidus doesn't really trust Hades, and figures he was using him from the start. Still, he saw Hades as the closest chance for a solution, so he tried using him back. Now, he isn't sure where he stands. The guy kind of creeps him out. If Hades offered him another answer though or hinted at one, he would possibly take it, if only because it's better than not knowing what to do.
