Since she hasn’t made any mention of that rather unsightly song-and-dance number he and Ritsuka performed much earlier in a long time…. She’s alright. There are some things best forgotten and for Ciel that’s one of them. He’s still not sure what to make of the cat ears, cats not being his favorite things but she seems fairly agreeable, and harmless… so long as she doesn‘t get too close. He’s just hoping that she doesn’t still think he’s some kind of perverted pirate person. Also since Ritsuka is gone, and he thought Elizabeth was too he secretly would feel more sympathetic to her (Lol.. Sorry Ritsuka, he kind of assumed you two might have been a couple or something XD). He does admire her devotion to Ritsuka, even if he thought Ritsuka was an annoying person.

Again, since they all hung out together on that one shopping trip he can sympathize with his losing Alice. It doesn’t feel as strong though, since Alice seemed like a pretty tough cookie and is probably taking care of herself. He doesn’t always appreciate Oz’s cheerful disposition nor his sense of humor but he has grown accustomed to seeing him around. If Oz suddenly disappeared it wouldn’t go unnoticed. I wouldn’t go so far as calling Oz a friend, but really Ciel doesn’t consider many people friends at all. There does seem to be something different about Oz, but Ciel isn’t sure what that is and hasn’t made the time to figure it out as of yet.

Having grown up with her, and her being the only one who knows what he was like before the Phantomhive tragedy has allowed her to get much closer to him than other people. That being said he does try to keep her more at arms length. A lot of this is because he doesn’t want Lizzie getting caught up in his work or what he’s become. It’s as much for her protection as it is because he’s not proud of what happened to him. For instance, if she ever found on the brand on his back… he would be devastated by it. He treats her with more kindness than most but even then he will sometimes try to get out of going to her parties, etc, etc. Ciel absolutely hates seeing her cry and doesn’t want to see anything happen to her.

Gamewise, When they first arrived, he hadn’t much of a chance to wonder about her safety or whether she would evade the darkness because she was right there catching him in a crushing embrace. He secretly thought it was fitting that someone like her could best the darkness, that’s what made it so difficult to accept her demise in the more recent plot. Already dealing with survivor’s guilt for living when his parents died, it was amplified during her departure. It had been a part of his duty to protect her and he’d failed utterly. It’s not something he’s likely to get over anytime soon. At least not inwardly. Consequently, he wants to put her on a shorter leash 8/… but that never works.

Prior to the most recent event, one of Ciel’s first goals was to become more financially secure in order to provide for both himself and Lizzie. So it was a bit of a surprise when she opened her own business. He was against it at first but didn’t do much in order to stop her. He usually yields to Lizzie’s wishes XD. He cares about her a great deal and stinks at showing it 8/.

Save for that one little incident near Halloween (Which he didn‘t place any of the blame on her), Padme has always carried herself with dignity, and grace. Ciel appreciates that fact, being from a much more conservative era than most of the refugees are. She’s one of the few people that he does like. He has a feeling that if she knew more about his darker intentions that it would not be mutual but he has no plans to ever reveal as much. Also seeing how she reacted during the crisis was admirable, however futile.

The relationship between the two of them is difficult for outsiders to understand, it’s a tad on the adversarial side, but Ciel does think of Chloe as a reliable (if anyone can be considered this) business partner and P a W n. It’s moved beyond the pawn state, as the two have been in each others company for such a lengthy duration but Chloe is still useful to him. You gave him the get-out-of-school-free-card, and agreed to launch this joint venture and it’s been successful so far. At first, he didn’t want you going anywhere near his fiancee but now that he knows a little about Christine (from the nightmare ducks, though he didn’t inquire much about is), and because Chloe has been all too willing to help Lizzie in the past he is less weird about it. Though…. Knowing your assassin… and under no real obligation to him, he doesn’t completely trust Chloe. That being said, he trusts Chloe about as much as he could trust anyone. He also appreciates having someone that he doesn’t have to be AS cautious with about certain things.

NOT.A.FAN. It wouldn’t be so bad if you were just causing other people problems (So long as it didn’t involve Elizabeth) but you’ve been in a thorn in his side too. He didn’t appreciate the nightmare where he ended up in a dress, mind you. Oh.. He would love to teach Hades what happens to those that humiliate a Phantomhive….. But you’re probably met some of those people on the way in to the Underworld, Am-I-Right? He sees Hades as being overly childish, and a terrible nuisance. He does however…. Possess a lot of power. Power that could be useful so he’s tried to refrain from completely burning any bridges with the fire and brimstone man.

Although he’s certain their recent conversation might have changed her opinion of him it hasn’t really changed his opinion of her too drastically. Ami was always interested in getting the community involved in restoring the worlds, so it wasn’t so peculiar that she also was Sailor Mercury. He certainly appreciates her friendship with Lizzie, and how she’s already protected her once. Lizzie has a tendency to get into trouble, and he needs the extra help XD. It hadn’t been ideal raising suspicions about himself both at the meeting and in their private conversation so.. He might try to use her for improving his own public relations (That headquarters on every planet for storing info idea, sound familiar?). He has a favorable opinion of her over all, since they do engage in similar hobbies, and because she’s always trying to think of alternatives or ideas where so many people seem to want to wait and let an idea or plan be handed to them. He does not however share her desire to save everyone, nor her altruistic goals. He has one main goal, a rather dark one.. As long as she doesn’t interfere it should be fine and dandy. He doubts a “soldier of justice” would take too kindly to a person if she knew he’d sold his soul to a demon… but most people wouldn’t. He has some respect for her, but doesn’t plan on letting her get to close to his own secrets. Oh and yes… he is curious about anyone from your world who associates with you Ami…

How's Ciel deal with an insanely Light-oriented derp?

Ventus has always seemed harmless to Ciel, a little too upbeat perhaps but not annoyingly so. If Ventus had decided they should be good buddies and he started pestering Ciel all the time (Like Prince Soma did in Kuroshitsuji XD) it would be a different story. So his opinion of Ventus has been quite favorable. Since they aren’t the closest of acquaintances he never saw the need to call him “Ven” even though Ventus did say he could call him that a while back. More recent information has forced Ciel to give Ventus a little more consideration. Still, he doubts the two will ever be opponents despite his own darker inclinations. He thinks that Ventus might be useful at some point in time.
